Hello, my name is Stephanie, I am an illustrator and dancer based in Illinois.

I enjoy bringing my ideas to life, I see my work as a form of play. Each piece of artwork is a puzzle formed out of scattered pieces inside my head that are compiled of personal experiences and external influence, including nature, Mexican folklore, music, dance, film, and literature.

I use both traditional and digital tools to craft my art in a style that leans more towards magical surrealism. I focus on the storytelling of my pieces in which people can find that sense of play, magic, and often nostalgia, that would hopefully inspire them to explore their own ideas and to wonder what is beyond the things we can see.
